Chiefs Schedule Has Been Released

The 2013-2014 NFL Schedule has been release and now Chiefs fans can see when all the games are. The Kansas City Chiefs got one prime time game this season. Week 3 of the NFL season the KC Chiefs will head to Philadelphia for a Thursday Night game. This will be the first game for new Chiefs coach Andy Reid back in Philadelphia. The Eagles let Reid go after a disappointing season in 2012-2013. Reid had been the head coach there for 13 seasons. He now leads the young Chiefs squad and looks to take the franchise back to the playoffs.

The Chiefs are coming off a disappointing season and therefore did not get any other prime time games. The Kansas City Chiefs open the season on the road at Jacksonville. Both teams will be looking to get off to a good start, hoping to be better this season. The home opener at Arrowhead is against the Dallas Cowboys on September 15th. The home opener is always a big game at Arrowhead but will have even more interest this season with it being against the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys do not visit Kansas City very often and they have a large fan base. Dallas is not that far from Kansas City and several fans will be making the trip up.
