Kansas landed yet another stellar Freshman class in McDonald’s All American and a top 3 recruit Cliff Alexander a 6-9 250 pound Power Forward with a 7-4 wingspan from Chicago. A top 10 recruit Kelly Oubre a 6-7 Small Forward with a 7-2 wingspan from Findlay Prep in Vegas.

Devonte Graham who had signed a Letter of Intent with Appalachian State when he was 5-8 and then grew 5 inches his Senior year of high school and took off on the scene is a point guard and is a top 30 recruit. Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk is a 17 year old Russian  and stands at  6-7 Shooting Guard who is being compared to a Manu Ginobli, but is probably a year away from making an impact.

Kelly Oubre is projected as the number 4 overall draft pick in the 2015 NBA Draft so most likely he will only be at KU for one season. Cliff Alexander is projected as the number 10 overall pick in the draft so he as well will only be at KU for short term. Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk and Devonte Graham will be great 3-4 year players for this basketball program.
