University of Kansas Jayhawks Go 15-0 In Non-Conference Play

Last Sunday the Kansas Jayhawks wrapped up their final non-conference game in an overtime win against now 11-5 Michigan.  The victory brought the Jayhawks to a 15-0 record, the 2nd time it’s happened under Coach Bill Self.  The last time KU went unbeaten in non-conference play was in 2008 when the Jayhawks went on to win the National Championship.  Of the five teams that remain undefeated Kansas has the most games left against top 25 opponents with six.  That number can potentially change with Missouri and Kansas State already falling to Big 12 competition.  While the Jayhawks are currently a clear favorite to win the Big 12 title they still need to find a player that they can go to in crunch time situations to close out tight games such as the one in Ann Arbor.

Kansas travels to Iowa State this week to begin conference play and hosts Nebraska on Saturday for their first home Big 12 match-up.  Refer to the following schedule to plan your next visit to the historic Allen Fieldhouse:
