The Miami Heat will be taking on the Golden State Warriors on October 17th in what should be a great warm up for the upcoming NBA season. With Miami’s superstar Lebron James leaving the team to rejoin the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Heat will be eager to figure out how they will fill James’ shoes. While that task alone will be tough, the re-signing of Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh in the off-season will help ease Miami Heat fans’ anxiety of how their team will look this year.
The Warriors will be bringing one of the best Point Guards in the NBA, Stephen Curry, to the Sprint Center in order to build off a good season in 2014. Golden State made it to the Conference Semi-Finals in last year’s NBA Playoffs only to lose 4-2 in the series to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
As the 2014 NBA Preseason looks to get underway, the Miami Heat and Golden State Warriors look to battle it out at the Sprint Center and start their respective seasons off on the right foot. Miami will be looking to re-brand their team while Golden State wants to continue their form from last year.
