Jayhawks trying to rebound from embarassment

Kansas Basketball is trying to rebound from the worst loss in the Bill Self era after their defeat to Kentucky. Kansas scored a whopping 40 points against Kentucky, by far the lowest point total KU has scored in decades. Kentucky’s size humiliated KU all night and now the Jayhawks must move on from that. It is time for Wayne Selden and Perry Ellis to grow up after being no-shows against Kentucky and total busts for KU so far in their careers.

It’s understandable when players under perform when they are freshman, but Selden is now a Sophomore and Ellis a Junior. Both of the players are former McDonald’s All Americans and have played far from that so far at KU. If Kansas expects to win another conference championship those two players must step up to make it possible. The conference is tougher than ever with a lot of firepower towards the top.

The stepping up needs to begin tonight as Kansas takes on Rider in Allen Fieldhouse at 7:00. Looking for tickets to any KU games? Contact Tickets For Less at 913-685-3322 or visit our website www.ticketsforless.com
