Tyler Thigpen will be the Dolphins starter before the end of the year. He played last night. He only completed 2 of 7 for 15 yards. He didn’t do the best, however, he just looks like he could be an NFL starter.

Last year he started 11 games. He passed for 18 touchdowns while throwing 12 interceptions. That equates to a 76.0 passer rating. Not what you want from a veteran starting QB, but from an inexperienced QB with plenty of opportunity for improvement, will give the management some cause to consider Tyler some consideration. He also gives the threat of running at anytime.

I would think that the Kansas City Chiefs football team would welcome Thigpen to be in the Red and Gold. If Matt Cassell goes down Chiefs fans are going to want him back. I am not sure what caused the Kansas City football team to want to move him out of Kansas City but I really think that he would be some solid depth that we currently don’t have.

I do think that Tyler Thigpen is the best option at starting QB for the Miami Dolphins and quite possibly the Kansas City Chiefs.
