Chiefs Still In Playoff Picture

The Chiefs will travel to Pittsburgh this Sunday looking for a win to keep their playoff hopes alive. The Steelers occupy one of two Wildcard spots in the AFC and a win could even them up at 9-6.  The easiest way for the Chiefs to get into the playoffs at this point is to win the rest of their games and they have the San Diego Chargers coming to Arrowhead on 12/28 for the last game of the regular season.

The good thing for the Chiefs is that they snapped their three game losing streak by beating the Raiders this past Sunday.  The Chiefs looked good but there was still room for improvement.  Although the offense moved the ball well there are still no receiving touchdowns by a wide receiver. Knile Davis scored twice and Travis Kelce had a touchdown as well as a fumble. De’Anthony Thomas added the best play of the game, an 81 yard punt return for a touchdown while Santos missed two more field goals.

Will the Chiefs make it into the playoffs? It’s really anybody’s guess at this point and it could be decided on December 28th when the Chargers come to town.
